Testimonials - < Back to Home Page In the past I
fished Alaskan waters with a variety of guide
services but once I found Jon Sheffrey I never had
to look again. Jon is knowledgeable. He knows how
to put you on to the fish every time. I have never
returned home disappointed or wondering if another
guide service could do better. Jon is the
greatest! First Class! I
had a friend who had fished Alaska for many years
(we will not say how long so that he stays my
friend) and never caught a Chinook - King Salmon.
It was time to hire the best. Jon took to the
challenge, complete with mission impossible music
playing as we left the boat dock. Fish on..... Fish
off!, Fish on..... Fish off! truly difficult but in
the end no match for Sheffrey's Guide Service.

exceeded my expectations would be an
understatement. Not only did all 4 guys in our boat
catch a King, but mine was big enough to replace my
dad as family champ. A first class operation, great
guide, great boat, and great fishing. I will be
going with Captain Jon again! Thanks for the
wonderful day!
